Personal data we may handle
- Website and enquiry data (e.g. messages you send us)
- Email and communication data
- Customer account user data (name, work email, login details, role)
- Operational data entered by customers into CareOps
Our roles
- We are the controller for website, enquiry, communication and account-administration data.
- Customers are generally the controller for the operational care-provider data they enter into CareOps.
- We act as processor where we process customer operational data through CareOps, on the customer’s instructions.

Lawful bases
Depending on the activity, we rely on: contract; legitimate interests; legal obligation; and consent where applicable. For operational data processed as a processor, the customer is responsible for the lawful basis.
Special category data
Care operations may involve health or other care-related information. Where this is entered into CareOps, the customer is the controller and must ensure it has the authority and a lawful basis before entering or uploading any such data.

- Regulators or law enforcement where legally required
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards or rely on arrangements made available by those providers. We do not currently claim that all data is stored only in the UK.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or follow customer instructions for operational data.
Your rights
Subject to conditions under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. For operational data held in CareOps, please direct requests to the relevant care provider (the controller); we will assist them. To exercise rights, contact admin@liontechinnovations.co.uk.
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. Please contact us first so we can try to help.
