We do not publish an unverified office address or promise an unconfirmed response time.
Keep personal information out of initial messages
For an initial enquiry, send only the business contact information and product question needed for us to respond. Do not send resident names, medical histories, care plans, staff checks, passwords, API keys or confidential case documents through public agent tools. Arrange an appropriate authorised channel with the CareOps team before discussing operational records.
Developers, privacy and service boundaries
Developers can use the public documentation to understand Markdown access, the public-information API and the read-only MCP tools. These interfaces do not provide access to a care provider's private workspace. CareOps is not an emergency contact channel, a care-placement service or a source of clinical decisions. Privacy requests and objections to promotional contact can be sent to the same support email.
